[t]Lolo Hot Springs[/t] [slideshow][category]1[/category][tags]venue,2019[/tags][/slideshow] [container] [h]About the Location[/h] [p] Lolo Hot Springs Resort is on 125 acres of private property in the middle of the Lolo National Forest, 37 miles southwest of Missoula on Highway 12 West. The resort offers a saloon, a restaurant, RV park, natural mineral hot spring pools that heat up from 102-106 degrees, and a large outdoor pool. [/p] [p] Festival Grounds are across the highway in the RV park where you will find over 50 local and regional food and craft vendors, a stage filled with music and educational speakers on hemp and cannabis, a huge campground and tons of friends, new and old! [/p] [p] [b]PARKING[/b][br] General day parking is located in the Lolo Hot Springs lot, across the highway from the festival. If you plan to attend for the day, you may park in the lot for no charge, and purchase a day pass at the WILL CALL/TICKET booth. Tickets may only be purchased at the WILL CALL/TICKET BOOTH and will not be available at the gates. [/p] [p] [b]WILL CALL/TICKET BOOTH[/b][br] Will Call/Ticket booth will be located in the parking lot of Lolo Hot Springs and clearly marked. If you have purchased any level of tickets online, won tickets through a contest or looking to purchase tickets onsite, you must go through the WILL CALL/TICKET BOOTH line to get your festival wristbands. Be sure to have your scannable printed ticket or screenshot of your ticket on your phone. Please have ID ready for everyone in the car who has a ticket. If you plan to camp and attend, but pay at the event, you may purchase camping passes or day passes at the same WILL CALL/TICKET BOOTH line. CASH SALES ONLY, NO INTERNET OR CC PROCESSING WILL BE POSSIBLE. Please keep wristbands on and ready to be checked. [/p] [p] [b]CAR CAMPING[/b][br] Car camping is available to all camping pass holders. Car camping is located in the pasture adjacent to the venue, across the highway from WILL CALL/TICKET BOOTH. Please follow the parking attendants to your camp and take only the space that is marked. Be sure to meet your festival neighbors.! There will be room to park, pitch tents and camp in your area. Anyone camping in your spot must have the designated wristband at all times. Once your car is parked please do not move it for the duration of the festival unless there is an emergency. If you must exit in your vehicle during the event, please ask about our re-entry policy. We encourage you to keep your area clean and work together to keep our festival a beautiful place. [/p] [p] [b]RV CAMPING[/b][br] RV camping is available to all camping pass holders. RV camping is located in the pasture adjacent to the venue, across the highway from WILL CALL/TICKET BOOTH in the car camping area. Please take the space that is given for each RV and leave room for your festival neighbors. There will be room to park your RV and camp in your area. (There are no hookups available) Anyone camping in your spot must have the designated wristband at all times. Once your RV is parked please don’t move it for the duration of the festival unless there is an emergency. If you must exit in your vehicle during the event, please ask about our re-entry policy. We encourage you to keep your area clean and work together to keep our festival a beautiful place. [/p] [p] [b]VENDOR CAMPING[/b][br] Vendors may check in and camp as early as 3 PM on Thursday, September 6th. Gates for the event are Friday at 11:00 AM. Vendor tear down is Monday morning. We ask that all vendors are setup and ready to go well before gates. If you plan to arrive Thursday, you may pull directly into the RV park and check in with the staff. If you plan to arrive early Friday, vendor check-in will take place at the WILL CALL/TICKET booth in the main parking lot of Lolo Hot Springs. [/p] [p] Main Vendor Loop-Vendors in the main vendor loop have a space approximately 10’x30’ to place your booth, park a vehicle and camp behind your space. [/p] [p] Stage left-Vendors in the stage left area have a space approx. 10x30 to place your booth, park a vehicle and camp behind your space. [/p] [p] Stage right-Vendors in the stage right area have a space approx. 10x10 to place your booth and a SEPARATE camping space behind your booth in the vendor camping area. [/p] [p] Once you have arrived and set up for the weekend, we ask that you do not move your vehicle unless there is an emergency. We ask that all vendors are open from 11am-9pm or later. For those of you without power at your space, please be prepared to light your booth in the darker hours. [/p] [p] Vendor fees cover 2 people for 3 days. Any additional employees need to purchase a reduced price vendor employee pass. Please ask for details. [/p] [p] [b]BAND CAMPING[/b][br] If your band is playing the event and you plan to camp, we have a reserved area backstage for bands only. Upon arrival, you may pull your vehicle directly into the venue off the highway to the left, identify yourself as a band and you will receive your packet and laminates. Someone will then direct you to your space. [/p] [p] Band parking and load in is located backstage to the right of the stage. [/p] [p] The green room area behind the stage is open for all bands to use. [/p] [p] [b]FAMILY CAMPING[/b][br] Family campers have a designated area outside of the festival grounds but near the car camping area. If you have young children, you are welcome to camp anywhere you like (car camping area or family camp) but we have reserved an area for parents that wish to have a little more space for their little ones. Family campers may park one car at the campsite. If you plan to camp in this area, please notify the staff at Will Call and they will direct you to the area. [/p] [p] [b]ACCESSIBLE CAMPING[/b][br] The accessible camping and day parking areas are reserved for festival goers with mobility disabilities. A state issued accessible parking license plate or hang tag is required to use these areas. No reservations are needed. This area is located centrally within the festival grounds and is close to showers and plumbed restrooms. You must check in at Will Call/Ticket Booth to receive your festival wristbands, and someone will direct you into the venue to the reserved area. If you have any additional needs please feel free to contact us and we will assist you however we can. [/p] [p] [b]FACILITIES[/b][br] Lolo Hot Springs has showers and plumbed restrooms on site in the festival grounds as well as in the hot springs locker rooms. There will be portable toilets throughout the venue and in the camping field. [/p] [p] [b]VEHICLE RE ENTRY[/b][br] Patrons parking in the main lot may leave in their vehicle any time they wish. You must show the proper wristband if you return to the venue. Car and RV campers are discouraged from moving your vehicle once it is parked for the weekend. If you must leave the festival, anyone in the vehicle must have a valid wristband to return to the camping area in the vehicle.
